基于平衡结构的基站驱动级功放设计
Driver amplifier design for base station based on balanced structure
摘要
Abstract
In order to gain ideal flatness, isolation and input/output matching within the frequency, this study introduces a balanced structure into power amplifier design. The driver-stage power amplifier for base station system is designed based on the balanced circuit structure of amplifier and its principle, which works at 2110~ 2170MHz. The test and simulation results demonstrate that the method is effective. The results show that the gain flatness and isolation are less than ± 0.5dB and -27dB respectively within the entire working frequency. In addition, the input/output matching is very well. Consequently, this balanced amplifier can be applied in power base station to improve the base station system performance.关键词
