基于流固耦合的余热排出泵转子模态分析
Modal Analysis for Rotor of Residual Heat Removal Pump based on Fluid-structure Interaction
摘要
Abstract
The reliability is very important to residual heat removal pump for nuclear power plant. Based on the fluid-structure coupling analysis, the fluid - structure coupling force is obtained. The rotor modal is calculated by means of the model fuction of ANSYS considering pre -stress or not. The result show that compared with the centripetal force, the fluid - structure coupling force have a large effect on the natural frequency of the rotor. Considering both Quid - structure coupling force and centripetal force, the natural frequency is between either. And all the natural frequency considering the pre-stress is lower than the non -stress except the third modal. The natural frequency of the second model is closed to the vibration frequency. The amplitude of pre - stress model is higher than the non-stress model.关键词
