端面刷式密封性能分析OA北大核心CSCDCSTPCD
Property Analysis of Face Brush Seal
针对端面刷式密封的特点,采用多孔介质模型作为刷丝区的分析模型,采用Fluent软件对端面刷式密封泄漏流动进行了模拟,得出刷丝区承担着主要压力降,起到主要密封作用.模拟结果与试验值进行了对比,得到较为一致的趋势,且试验值均高于理论值.用仿真方法讨论了一些重要参数对端面刷式密封性能的影响,可供工程实际参考.
Aiming at characteristics of face bnish seal, porous medium model has been taken as the analysis model in the brush area. The leakage flow of face bnish has been simulated making use of Fluent software. After analysis, the conclusion that the brush area is the main pressure-loaded drop area, and take the responsibility of seal. The simulation and experiment result has been compared.
