摘要

Abstract

The application and investigation of natural refrigerant R290 refrigeration and air-conditioning system was introduced. R290 has larger volumetric capacity, lower cost, and it naturally exists in the atmosphere and has neither ozone depletion potential nor significant global warming potential. It has excellent thermodynamic performance as refrigerant compared with conventional refrigerants. The R290 refrigeration and air-conditioning system has smaller size; so as to decrease the charge of refrigerant, save the material of metal, reduce the cost of equipment With the progress of the study on the R290 practical application technology, R290 has a good future used as refrigerant in refrigeration and air-conditioning system.
