刮板输送机软启动控制策略
Soft Start Control Strategy for Scraper Conveyor
摘要
Abstract
To realize smooth start and reliable operation of mining scraper conveyor,based on two-speed motor which is commonly used in soft start device of current scraper conveyor,the soft start mechanism was analyzed and the hardware and software architectures of the soft-start control strategy were researched. The strategy mainly included high and low speed automatic conversion of two-speed motor, leakage protection, over-voltage protection,over-current protection, over-load protection and open-phase protection of main control loop. The soft-starter based on the control strategy is applied in comprehensive exploiting coal. The application results show that the proposed control strategy has feasible for implementation and high reliability.关键词
