Cutting propagation of Nandina domestica

摘要

Abstract

Cuttage propagation waa studied with the cutting taken from the cutting orchard, classfied, treated with rooting regulator. The result showed that cuttings taken from the last autumn shoots , quick dipped in 0. 33% "Sen Sheng 1" rooting reagent solution for two seconds at the beginning of March performed the best. After cultured for 108 days, rooting rate reached 75.33% , root range average was 5.53 cm, root average was 7.80 cm long and new leaves average number were 3.24. On the base of this study, the cutting and rapid propagation system of Nandina domestica ' Hongye' was established, which was beneficial to scale production in future.
