摘要

Abstract

Influence of heat treatment on PBT/PET composite filament crimping and tensile property was discussed- Tensile properties of PBT/PET parallel composite multifilament and monofilament before and after boiling water treatment and dry heat treatment, initial modulus and crimping power of the monofilament are tested. The test result shows that after heat treatment, breaking strengths of PBT/PET composite multifilament and monofilament are reduced, breaking elongation rates are increased obviously, crimping properties are improved. It is pointed out that leading role of the composite multifilament and monofilament in heat treatment is macromolecules disorder,effect of boiling water treatment is better than that of dry heat treatment.
