基于HVI数据成纱质量预测模型的研究
Study on Yarn Quality Forecast Model Based on HVI Data

Abstract
Creation method and application effect of yarn quality optimization combination forecast model based on HVI data were discussed. Main quality index were introduced according to HVI cotton detection index , yarn evenness, strength and hairiness et al. The combination forecast model was established to predict yarn quality. Check method of excluding abnormal data is put forward. Partial correlation analysis method is adopted. Effect of cotton technology grade in quality forecast is analyzed. Optimization combination prediction model was created. Taking C 14. 8 tex yarn as example, methods and effect of yarn quality forecast is introduced. It is considered that yarn quality optimization combination forecast model can be created by taking raw cotton technology grade as independent variables, credibility of the model is better than that of the model composed by raw cotton quality other single index. There is practical guiding significance to prepare cotton assorting implementation program and strengthen yarn quality control.关键词
