Abstract
Processing of spinning combed cotton cashmere compact knitting yarn was discussed. According to property of higher fiber mass specific resistance, factors of effecting spinning production were analyzed. Beater speeds were optimized in opening and picking process to reduce effective fiber injury, anti-sticky measures were adopted. In carding process, card clothing was optimized to ensure fiber carding, neps and short fiber content of card sliver were reduced as much as possible. Processing parameter was selected rationally,including weight per unit,speed and gauge in drawing, roving, spinning process, compact tension and negative pressure et al. Finally combed cotton cashmere compact knitting yarn can be spun successfully,the yarn quality can reach high-grade knitting yarn use demands.关键词
