Abstract
The team is the basic unit of production operations, the most basic production management organization and the foundation and cornerstone of the development of coal mining enterprises. Increasing production, quality, efficiency of coal mining enterprises, enhancing the vitality and competitiveness, and implementing safety laws and regulations and related rules throughout the production process will eventually be achieved by the team. Therefore, strengthening the team safety management is an important guarantee for coal mine safety production. Team whole safety management is an important measure to achieve safety production.关键词
