Abstract
The first commitment period of the Kyoto Protocol will lapse on December 31, 2012. The continuation of the second commitment period was finally confirmed at Durban meeting after difficult negotiations- Canada announced its withdrawal from the Kyoto Protocol on the next day after the end of Durban meeting. From the beginning of 2013, the EU-ETs may accept only from the least developed countries or countries in CDM projects of bilateral agreements, which means that the CDM demand faced by China will be shrinking dramatically after 2013- This article is mainly focus on CDM proceeds feasibility of wind power projects after 2013 , and carries implications of the application for registration of wind power CDM projects in China-关键词
