摘要

Abstract

Many types of on-board equipment need leveling before work. A hydraulic automatic level ad- justing system of vehicle-borne platform is designed with PLC as controller, hydraulic cylinders as the ac- tuating mechanism, double-axis angle sensor as the feedback element, and the lowest leg as level adjusting strategy. The structure and principle of the hydraulic system, the hardware structure and software design of the control system are introduced. This system has the characteristics of high leveling precision and speed, which can switch between manual and automatic leveling, and also has the advantages of easy operation, and improving the mobility of the vehicle-borne platform.
