新型三角孔翅片的对流传热及压降特性
Convective heat transfer and pressure drop of new triangular perforated fin
摘要
Abstract
To make full use of boundary-layer effect to improve heat transfer efficiency,a new triangular perforated fin was presented. 3D numerical simulation on thermal performance of different convective heat transfer fins was carried out by using computational fluid dynamics ( CFD) software. Compared with the related experimental data,the validation of CFD model was verified . The effects of hole opening rates and hole stagger spaces on heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics were analyzed. Results showed that the fin with larger opening rate had better heat transfer characteristic than that with the smaller one,and the fin with hole stagger space of 1/2 unit width had better heat transfer performance. The triangular perforated fins had superior heat transfer performance compared with serrated fin on heat transfer quality factor j/f1/3.关键词
