摘要

Abstract

The process conditions for ultrasonic-surfactant extraction of flavonoids from Cortex lycii were studied. The effects of type and concentration of surfactant, ultrasonic power and time, and leaching tem-perature and time on the extraction yield of flavonoids were investigated through single factor experiments. Orthogonal experiments were carried out to optimize the process condition. The optimal conditions for the extraction of flavonoids were as follows; Tween-80 2 g/L, ultrasonic power 140 W, ultrasonic time 40 min, material/liquid ratio 20 rnL/g, leaching time 45 min, and leaching temperature 85 ℃. The yield of flavonoids reached up to 2. 70% under these conditions. Compared with other methods, this extraction method had the characteristics of high yield, time-saving, and so on.
