摘要

Abstract

PCR-DGGE of 16S rDNA V3 region was used to research the effects of high producing methionine soybean transferred cys-tathionine y-synthase gene on community structure of bacteria in soil. The results demonstrated that, compared with non-genetically modified soybean receptor,high producing methionine soybean transferred cystathionine γ-synthase gene inhibited the growth of some bacteria belonging to phylum Acidobacteria, Gemmatimonadetes, and stimulated the growth of others bacteria belonging to phylum Proteobacteria,Cyanobacteria. Thus,it changed the community structure of bacteria in soil. Time was the main factor which affected the community structure of soil bacteria,and the study of bacterial diversity in soil revealed that bacterial diversity was lowered in some degree. But the influence was weakened gradually with the growth of soybean,and disappeared when the soybean matured.
