氮形态对低磷胁迫下苗期玉米生物学性状及磷素吸收的影响
Effects of nitrogen forms on biological characteristics and phosphorus absorption under phosphorus stress in maize seedling

Abstract
A hydroponics experiment was carried out to study the effects of nitrogen forms(NO-3-N,NH+4-N,and the mixture of NO-3-N and NH+4-N) on maize seedling under the phosphorus stress treatment, which was about biological characteristic and phosphorus absorption simulated by using Ca3 ( P04) 2 as phosphorus form supply. The results showed that, when compared with the KH2 P04 treatment, the btomass of maize plant under phosphorus stress .supplied with NO-3-N,NH+4-N,and the mixture of NO-3-N and NH+4-N was reduced by 20.6% ,12.9% and 15.4%, respectively. However,all treatments increased the roots-shoot ratio,roots volumefand steam-leaf ratio of maize,among which the roots-shoot ratio of NO-3-N supplied plants showed the highest increase rate. Meanwhile,leaf growth was significantly reduced by phosphorus stress, which resulted in reduction of leaf biomass and leaf area,in which the leaf area and photosynthetic rate of NH+4-N supplied plants showed the lowest reduction rate. Furthermore, the phosphorus absorption of NO-3-N supplied plants were higher than that of the other two nitrogen forms supplied plants. Therefore,we conclude that nitrogen forms supply is a major factor,which affects the adaptive response of maize to phosphorus stress,and the NH+4-N treatment is found more tolerant to phosphorus stress as compared to the other two nitrogen forma supplied plants.关键词
