摘要
Abstract
The effect of electron-beam melting process on composition and mechanical property of Nb-W Alloy is analyzed. The results show that the more times electron-beam melting is, the less Zr content there is in the Nb-W alloy, and the times of electron-beam melting has less effect on the W, Mo content. The C content in several times electron-beam melting ingot is apparently less than that in sintered bars and one time electron-beam melting ingot, and there is not much difference of C content between two and three times electron-beam melting ingots. Meanwhile, the mechanical strength of two times electron-beam melting rod is superior to three times electron-beam melting rod, due to the dispersion strengthening of ZrC.关键词
