枸杞雄性不育花药中蛋白质和几种酶的电泳分析
Electrophoretic Analysis of Soluble Protein and Enzymes of Male Sterility Anther in Lycium Barbarum L
摘要
Abstract
The electrophoresis patterns of anther soluble protein, SOD, AMY, CAT and ATPase were analyzed from the male sterile plant and the fertile one at different development stages of Lycium barbarum L anther. The results showed that the numbers of anther soluble protein bands were less in the sterile plant than that in the fertile one at the stage of pollen maturity. Maps of SOD, CAT, AMY, and ATPase between the male sterile plant and the fertile one were the same, respectively. But the contents of these enzymes were all lower in sterile plant than that in fertile one. This difference was significant at the periods of pollen meiosis and pollen maturity.关键词
