大型剪切型混合罐的流场仿真与分析
Simulation and analysis of flow field in large shear-type mixing tank
摘要
Abstract
The flow field in large shear-type mixing tank has been investigated by using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method. The flow type, pressure, velocity and turbulent dissipation rate in a mixing tank are simulated using ANSYS13.0 with standard k-e turbulence model and multiple reference frame method (MRF). It was found that negative pressure zone was expanded and liquid flow rate increased as impeller speed increased. The turbulence was enhanced and energy dissipation rate was high and concentrated in the area of high shearing device. The simulation results showed that fluid mixed significantly in the high shearing device. The results provided a reference for optimization design of the industrial mixing tank.关键词
