Abstract
Striving for higher teaching quality remains the key to cultivating innovative talents at colleges and universities. Nanyang Normal University has taken many reform measures to improve the quality of its classroom teaching and the quality of talent cultivation, which have yielded positive results. These measures include ： updating educational concept to promote reform in classroom teaching models, adhering to the principle of student-centered education to motivate students towards active development, intensifying teaching reflections to boost teachers＇ teaching capabilities, optimizing teaching appraisal to establish an appraisal system for classroom teaching activities, and improving teaching motivation mechanism to create a favorable atmosphere for classroom teaching reform.关键词
