我国生物育种高技术产业化工程建设及其对策
Study on High-tech Industrialization Projects Construction and Countermeasures of Bio-breeding of China
摘要
Abstract
The high-tech industrialization projects of bio-breeding facilitated the application of key bio-technology in agricultural sector, promoted the industrialization of new species of high quality plants and animals, enhanced the comprehensive productivity of agriculture, supported the development of dragon-headed enterprises, and explored the development models of "enterprises, production bases, and farmer households". However, facing the challenges of environmental resource constrains, high costumer requirements, and global gene-transfer technology, the development of bio-breeding sector requites the strategic planning at the macro-level, mobilizing funds from various sources, providing more fiscal support, enhancing the aggregation effects of industries, strengthening the market management, and nurturing the large scale and high tech enterprises on bio-breeding, and doing a better job on the conservation, development, and use of biological resources, and improving the support policies on industrialization of agricultural bio-breeding.关键词
