磷酸二酯酶4D基因多态性与缺血性脑卒中的相关性
ASSOCIATION OF POLYMORPHISM OF PHOSPHODIESTERASE 4D GENE WITH ISCHEMIC STROKE

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between phosphodiesterase 4D (PDE4D) gene polymorphism and is-cheraic stroke (IS) in Han people in China. Methods The base-variations in SNP83 and SNP87 of PDE4D gene were determined by PCR-RFLP in 440 IS patients and 485 healthy controls. The differences of genotype distribution and allele frequencies in IS groups and control group were compared. The confounding factors that would influnnce the result was removed by employing Logistic regression analysis. Results The difference of distribution of genotype SNP83 between IS group and control group was significant (x2 =8. 293 ,P<0. 05), the C-allele frequency in IS group was significantly higher than that in the control group (x2 = 8. 386, P<0. 05). The difference of distribution of genotype SNP87 was not significantly between the two groups (x2=4.7146,P> 0. 05). Though the T-allele frequency in IS group was higher than that in control group, the difference was not statistically significant (x2 = 2. 300,P>0.05). Conclusion Of Han population in China, the SNP83 of PDE4D gene is likely to be related with the onset of IS, and C-allele may be the risk factor of this disease.关键词
