自制氧化锆基台在种植修复中的临床应用OACSTPCD
CLINICAL APPLICATION OF SELF-MADE ZIRCONIA ABUTMENT FOR IMPLANT-SUPPORTED TOOTH RESTORATION
目的 评价自制氧化锆基台支持的氧化锆全瓷修复体的临床应用效果.方法 选择前牙区已植入Osstem GSⅡ种植体的15例志愿者共20颗种植体,采用平台转移法制取印模,灌制石膏模型,安装自制的内六角十莫氏锥度的氧化锆基台,磨改基台预留修复间隙,将石膏模型转化为计算机模型后应用CAD/CAM制作氧化锆全瓷修复体;然后将上述氧化锆基台安装到志愿者口内的种植体上,试戴修复体,合适后将修复体与基台粘结固位.12个月后复诊,观察氧化锆修复体有无松动、折裂、破损…查看全部>>
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of all-ceramic restoration supported by self-made zirconia abutment. Methods Twenty implants of 15 volunteers who had been implanted with Osstem GS II were enrolled. A plaster model was made by platform-transfer method, which was then converted to computer model, a zirconia all-ceramic restoration was constructed by CAD/CAM.
