摘要

Abstract

The paper proposes a new energy-saving control method for the excavator. Based on the single-chip microcomputer monitoring technology, the operation handle of excavator is improved to make the rotational speeds of excavator's movable arm, bucket arm, scraper pan consistent with the speed given by the operator with the operation handle, in order to realize the real time matching of the system power and " what's obtained is what's needed ' . The method can not only improve operator's operation comfortableness, but also save about 7% energy under the new control strategy, compared with constant power control, as indicated in the simulation test.
