摘要
Abstract
Roman lettuce is the best hydroponically grown high-yielding lettuce cultivar in Hainan. The effect of different airing treatments on the yield and quality of the lettuce were studied by hydroponics with simple facility. The results showed that following the airing treatment, yield, vitamin C, soluble sugar and protein content were relatively high, nitrate and cellulose content were relatively low. Taking yield and quality as the measurement index, the optimal airing treatment for 'Roman lettuce' under hydroponics was every 4h aerated 2h(7: 00-19: 00).关键词
