摘要

Abstract

The adenosine phosphates level (content of ATP, ADP and AMP) can reflect the real physiological metabolic intensity in laticiferous cells during the latex regeneration. In this paper, a simple and fast high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method was developed for the determination of ATP, ADP and AMP in latex of Hevea brasiliensis, to observe the change of adenosine phosphates during latex regeneration. The results showed that laticiferous cells would synthesize ATP using the residual ADP and AMP at the early stage (0~12 h after tapping). Then the synthesis of AMP, ADP (6 h after tapping) and ATP (12 h after tapping) successively recovered during the latex regeneration and there was an obvious stage of rapid ATP synthesis in the time segment of 12~48 h after tapping. The analysis of energe charge (EC) to the drainage area indicated that, the area of 2~7 cm below the tapping cut in the bark was the sunken region of energe, which was the main place of energe synthesis.
