CuO-NiO/SnO2光催化剂的制备、表征及产氢性能
Synthesis, Characterization and Hydrogen Evolution Performance of CuO-NiO/SnO2 Photocatalyst

Abstract
The SnO2 nanoparticles were prepared by sol-gel method. The CuO-NiO/SnO2 semiconductor materials were synthesized by impregnation process. The phase composition, morphologies and light absorption ability were further characterized by XRD, UV-Vis DRS.TEM and HRTEM. Using UV light as light source and ethanol as electron donor, the effects of CuO doping content, NiO doping content and ethanol concentration on hydrogen evolution performance have been systematically studied. The results showed that 5% CuO-7% NiO/SnO2 had best photocatalytic H2-production activity, about 2. 8 times higher than pure SnO2 under the same conditions. The optimum concentration of ethanol was about 1.2 mol/L.关键词
