以Bi(NO3)3·5H2O和Fe(NO3)3·9H2O为原料,采用改进的水热法制备了BiFeO3微晶.采用浓度为0.1mol/L的前驱物沉淀制备得到非常均匀的尺度为10μm的微球,经超声分散可以得到100 nm的均匀颗粒.XRD研究表明BiFeO3纳米颗粒具有斜方的钙钛矿结构.扫描电镜结果表明BiFeO3纳米粒子具有立方形貌.而TEM结构分析表明BiFeO3纳米颗粒具有完整的单畴结构;磁性分析表明纳米的BiFeO3颗粒具有弱的铁磁有序.制备的B…查看全部>>

BiFeO3 powders were prepared hy the hydrothermal method using Bi(NO3)3·5H2O and Fe (NO3)3·9H2O as raw materials. Very even crystallites with a size of 10 μm was obtained, The > nanopaticles with 100 nrn was obtained by ultrasonic dispersion. SEM results showed that BiFeO3 nanoparticles are cubic.
