摘要
Abstract
By optimizing the processes of purifying the raw material (LiF) and the conditions of crystal growth, high quality LiF single crystal with 180 mm in diameter was grown successfully by the modified Bridgman method. Moreover, the transmittance of the LiF crystal is more than 90% at wavelength from 0.2 p,m to 6.5 μm, and its maximum is up to about 94%.关键词
