Abstract
Physicochemical properties of sodium iauroyl isethionate/methyl isethionate (their commodity name is Igepon A/lgepon B) were investigated. Results showed that cmc and γcmc of Igepon A are lower than that of Igepon B. Igepon A and Igepon B are similar at wetting power. The two products display good foaming performance. In hard water, foaming power and stability of 65% Igepon B display better performance. Detergency of Igepon B was better than Igepon A. With respect to carbon black and protein testing swatches, detergency of Igepon B is higher than that of standard laundry powder. Krafft point of Igepon A is 24. 2 ℃, and Krafft point of Igepon B is less than 1 ℃. Igepon B displays better practical application value.关键词
