Abstract
As a cooperative mode between public departments and private enterprises, the PPP mode can effectively solve the problem of financial shortage for construction of infrastructural facilities, which is formed on the basis of win-win or multi-win idea and very popular in many countries. On the background of market-orlented reformation of public utilities, the mode has prospects of wide application. This paper disensses it＇ s applications in the industry of municipal sewage treatment as well as the risks is facing, existing problems and corresponding solutions in China. Suggestions concerned were proposed to the government for boosting the applications of PPP mode.关键词
