不同炮制时间制首乌致泻作用量-时-效相关性变化及其药理数学模型化研究
Research on Changes of Purgative Action-time-effect Relationship among Different Processing Time of Prepared Polygonum multiflorum and on Pharmacological Mathematic Model
摘要
Abstract
Objective; A preliminary study on purgative strength among-different processing time of Polygonum multiflorum and chemical content correlation, the initial establishment of the mathematical model of diarrhea induced by pharmacological. Methods; The mice purgative median effective dose ( ED50 ) as the evaluation index, Polygonum multiflorum thunb and study the differences of purgative intensity between raw medicine and 4 different processing time products of processed Radix Polygoni multiflori; using high performance liquid chromatography method for determining the content of anthraquinone between raw medicine and processed products of in Radix Polygoni multiflori, revealing the relationship of quantity-time-effect between different samples with different processing time and diarrhoea causative intensity , and establishing the mathematical model of purgative effect of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. Results : The required ED50 dosage of different processing time of Polygonum multiflo-rum respectively: 2. 562, 4. 085, 11.146, 14.692, 21.068g · kg-1 ( crude drug o weight-1) ; purgative intensity sequence was: the raw>lh>2h>3h>4h; combined anthraquinone content in order: the raw>l>2h>3h>4h. Conclusion; There are obvious differences of purgative strength between raw product and processed Radix Polygoni Multiflori , it has positive relationship between purgative strength and combined anthraquinone content on quantity-time-effect; associating biological detection method with mathematical model, the quality of traditional Chinese medicine and clinical medication safety will more comprehensively guaranteed.关键词
