Study onNeedling Neiguan by Different Frequency to Increasing Regional Cerebral Blood Flow in Brain of MCAo Rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective; To study the function of Neiguan by different needling frequency in increasing regional cerebral blood flow in the brain of MCAo rats. Methods; 144 adult male wistar rats, subjected MCAo model with Zea-Longa suture, were randomized divided into the normal, the no-treating, the nonacupoint, the Neiguan group, the last two were further divided into the 60 per minute, the 120per minute, 180per minute group. Needling time was 5 seconds every time, 2 times per day, treatment was 3 days. Investigated indicators were the regional cerebral blood flow, the piamater microvascular diameters, the brain microvessels. Results; Compared with the nonacupoint, needling Neiguan by all frequency could sharp increase the regional cerebral blood flow, the piamater microvascular diameters, the brain microvessels and the difference has statistical significance ( P< 0. 01). Furthermore needling Neiguan by 120/180 per minute could increase all indicators more than needling Neiguan by 60 per minute and the difference has statistical significance (P<0. 01). Conclusion; Needling Neiguan by all frequency can sharply increase the regional cerebral blood flow, which is at least in partly related to increase the piamater microvascular diameters and the brain microvessels in MCAo rats. Compared with nonacupoint, needling Neiguan can specifically increase the regional cerebral blood flow, which is related to different needling frequency, when needling time is 5 seconds, needling Neiguan by 120/180 per minute can increase the regional cerebral blood flow more than needling Neiguan by 60 per minute.关键词
