Abstract
Objective: To investigate the lipid regulating effect of phlegm-damp formula on experimental hyperlipidemia model mice. Methods: The hyperlipidemia model mice were made by feeding a high fat emulsion, and the extracts were from Chinese medicine formula (16. 5 and 4. lg/kg) had been intragastrically administrated in model mice for continuous 10 days, the serum levels of TC, TG, HDLC, LDLC, VLDLC were detected eventually. We observed the lipid regulating effect of phlegm -damp. Results; Compared with the model group, small dose group of serum levels TC, TG, HDLC, LDLC, VLDLC were significantly reduced (p<0. 05 -0.001) , high dose group serum levels of TC, HDLC, LDLC also decreased significantly (P< 0. 05 ~0. 01) Conclusion; The Chinese medicine phlegm-damp formula has the Lipid lowering effects on experimental hyperlipidemia model mice.关键词
