摘要
Abstract
Objective; To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of hesperidin, naringin, nobiletin and tangeretin in tangerine peel. Methods; The RP-HPLC system consisting of Cl8 (150mm×4.6mm, 5μm) column and a solution system of acetonitrile-water, gradient elution: 0→30min, the proportion of 5; 95→25:75; 30→55min, the ratio of 25:75 →95: 5; 95: 5 ratio of run to 60 min. The column temperature was 30℃, detection wavelength; 283nm, flow rate 0. 8ml/ min. Results; The linear ranges of hesperidin, naringin, nobiletin and tangeretin respectively were 0.4632 ~4. 632μg (r = 0.9999), 0.5869-5. 869μg (r=0.9998), 0.4439 ~ 4. 439 μg (r = 0.9998), and 0.4065-4.065 μg (r = 0.9997). The average recoveries ( n = 6 ) respectively were 98. 67% ( RSD = 1.97% ), 98. 33% ( RSD = 1. 85% ) , 98. 05% ( RSD = 1.76%), and 98.46% (RSD =2.05%). Conclusions; The method is quick, simple and accurate with good reproducibility, and can be used for determination of hesperidin, naringin, nobiletin and tangeretin in tangerine peel and quality control of tangerine peel.关键词
