腕踝针结合电针治疗缺血性中风偏瘫的临床研究

Abstract
Objective; This study was about wrist-ankle acupuncture and acusector used in the clinical treatment of ischemic stroke hemiplegia, at the same time observing the clinical curative effect of ischemic stroke hemiplegia, which was treated with wrist-ankle acupuncture combines with acusector. Methods; Sixty patients with stroke hemiplegia were randomly allocated to treatment and control group, 30 cases each. The control group were treated with acusector, the treatment group with wrist-ankle acupuncture and acusector, treated 14 times each. Results; The total effective rate was 93. 3% in treatment group, and that of the control group was 73. 3% , the differences between the two groups had statistically significance, the treatment group surpassed to the control group. Conclusion; The study indicates that wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with acusector therapy in treating stroke emiplegia has good effect.关键词
