摘要

Abstract

In this study, we aimed to understand the effect of the mapping points on the principal axes based CARTO electro - anatomic map and CT surface registration (PAR). Using the synthetic data,we experimently analyzed the effects of the deformation, the number and the distribution of mapping points on PAR. PAR was independent of the rigid transformation as well as the number of mapping points, but significant related to their distribution. Compared with unevenly distributed points, evenly distributed mapping points were able to get steadier and more accurate registration results, and furthermore, made EAM approximating to real heart chambers better. This observation should be valuable for atrial fibrillation operation.
