右旋布洛芬胶囊小鼠灌胃急性毒性的试验研究OACSTPCD
Studies on the Acute Toxicity of Dexibuprofen Caps in Mice by Single Intragastric Administration
观察右旋布洛芬胶囊内容物小鼠单次灌胃给药后的中毒反应.试验采用昆明种小鼠,给药后观察各种反应及临床中毒症状.连续观察14 d后,处死动物,剖检,对肉眼可见异常组织器官进行病理学检查.给药后小鼠先后出现少动、紫绀、腹式呼吸、呼吸减慢、俯卧不动、翻正反射消失等反应,动物死亡时间大约集中在药后60 min ～4 d内.2000、1420、1008、716、500 mg·kg-1剂量组死亡动物数分别是10、9、7、3、0.按正规Bliss法统计:右旋布洛…查看全部>>
To evaluate the acute toxicity of Dexibuprofen in Kunming mice. Stress reactions and clinical symptoms were observed and recorded. After treatment, the animals were observed daily for totally 14 d. At the end of the observation period, the mice were sacrificed, necropsied and the major organs were taken out for pathological examination.
