Effects of adding courier medicinal to minister-assistant medicinal in Huanglian Jiedu decoction on the biological markers of fever syndrome model

摘要

Abstract

Objective;To explore the biomarker effect of courier medicinal Gardenia Jasminoides Ellis on minister-assistant medicinal Scutellaria Baicalensis-Cortex Phellodendri in Huanglian Jiedu decoction intervention fever syndrome model induced by 2,4-dinitrophenoL Methods: According to the metabolomics, PC A and OPLS-DA analysis methods were utilized to study the change rules of the potential biomarker in rats urine of fever syndrome model, comforming the impact of Scutellaria Baicalensis-Cortex Phellodendri and Scutellaria Baicalensis-Cortex Phelloden-dri-Gardenia Jasminoides Ellis. Results: Confirming the overall change of urinary metabolites and 46 potential endogenous biomarkers on fever syndrome models. Scutellaria Baicalensis-Cortex Phellodendri have effected on 21 biomarkers and Scutellaria Baicalensis-Cortex Phellodendri-Gardenia Jasminoides Ellis have effected on 24 biomarkers. Conclusion: Courier medicinal Gardenia Jasminoides can strengthen the role of minister-assistant medicinal Scutellaria Baicalensis-Gortex Phellodendri on fever syndrome model.
