HPLC-ELSD法测定补气升血颗粒黄芪甲苷的含量
Quantitative determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Buqi Shengxue granules by HPLC-ELSD
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To determine the quality standard of astragaloside Ⅳ in Buqi Shengxue granule. Methods: Using HPLC-ELSD (evaporative light scattering detector) to detect. Determination conditions: temperature of drift tube was 100.6℃,carrier gas flow rate was 2.7 L/min,with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(32:68) ,the flow rate was 1 mL/min. Results:Astragaloside Ⅳ showed good linear relationship in the range of 0.0285 ~ 0.5700 mg/mL,r=0.9995, The average recovery of added sample was 98.84% ,RSD=L 14%. The accuracy,the stability and reproducibility were good. Conclusion:The methods are sensitive,and can be used for the quality control of the drug.关键词
