不同花生品种胚小叶芽诱导的研究
Study on Shoot Induction from Leaflets of Different Peanut Cultivars (Arachis hypogaea L.)
摘要
Abstract
The shoot induction rate of lobules embryos from 4 peanut cultivars were compared in the media added different concentrations of NAA and TDZ. The sterilizing effect of 0.1% HgC12 and 10% NaC1O and their influences to seed germination were also observed. The results indicated that the sterilizing effect was ideal and the germination rate was higher when the peanut seeds were treated for 0. 5 - 1.0 minutes with alcohol and 15 minutes with 10% NaCIO. The media added 1 mg/L NAA and 0.02 mg/LTDZ were the most favorable to in vitro shoot induction with the induction rate over 80%. In which, the shoot induction rate of Hu-ayu 20 was the highest as 89.2%.关键词
