摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the protective effect of ginsenoside Rgl jointed BMSCs on ischemia and reperfusion injury in rats. Methods A total of 25 SD rats were divided into normal control group (group A) , model group ( group B) , BMSCs treatment group ( group C) , ginsenoside Rgl treatment group ( group D) , BMSCs and ginsenoside Rgl combination therapy group ( group E) , each group 5 rats. Model of cerebral ischemia and reperfusion was established by the method of middle cerebral artery occlusion. Intraventricular transplantation was done after BrdU labeling BMSCs. After 4W, single-blinded neurological deficit scores was detected. The expressions of BrdU and NSE protein were detected by Nissl staining counted cortical neurons and immunohistochemical staining. Results There was no neurological deficit symptoms in Group A . Deep purple Nissl bodies can be seen in the cortical neurons of the cytoplasm. It showed a significant neurological deficit symptoms in group B. Nissl bodies were significantly reduced or even disappear. Compared with group B, the neuronal number in the group C, D, E increased, especially in group E. BrdU positive cells can be seen a-round the infarcted area in group C and E. Expressions of NSE in group C, D and E were higher than those in group B, especially in group E. Conclusion Ginsenoside Rgl jointed BMSCs can promote the repair of cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injury.
