摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of proliferation and apoptosis on U251 glioma by 45 ℃, heat energy com-binated with cisplatin. Methods The handed U251 cells were divided into 4 groups randomly; group A in 37℃, and group B in 45℃. Thermostate, and add cisplatin 0.01 mL to C, D.and put goup C in 37℃ thermostate, group D in 45 ℃ thermostate. Caltured for 24 h, the morphology of U251 cells were detected by Trypan blue, the proliferation rate of U251 was tested by MTT, and the apoptosis of U251 cells was analysed by the flow cytometric and TUNEL method. Results After the training of 24, 48 h, the index of cell proliferation of group A, B, C, D was group D >C >B >A(all P<0.05) by flow cytometric and TUNEL method. Conclusion 45 ℃ heat energy combined with cisplatin can inhibite the proliferation and induct the apoptosis of U251 cells.关键词
