Abstract
Objective To discuss the relation between neutrophil with leucocyte and gastroesophageal varices bleeding in patients with hepalociirhosis. Method Retrospective analysis of neutrophils relative value and leukocyte count between 151 patients of cirrhosis gastroesophageal varices bleeding and 347 patients of cirrhosis without bleeding. Results Patients with different neutrophil relative value and leukocyte count had different bleeding rates (P<0.05). The bleeding rates of patients whose numeric higher than normal value were much higher. The neutrophil relative value and leukocyte count of gastroesophageal varices bleeding patients were much higher than those of nonbleeding patients. Univariate non-conditional Logistic regression analyse that neutrophil relative value (OR = 1.074, P = 0.000) and leukocyte count ( OR = 1.112, P = 0.000) were positive correlated with bleeding. Conclusion Neutrophil relative value and leukocyte count are the risk factors of gastroesophageal varices bleeding.关键词
