Expression and signification of Th17 and CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells in nonsmall cell lung cancer tissue

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression and signification of Thl7 and CD4+ CD25 + regulatory T cells (Treg, with the marker of CD4, FoxP3, IL47A) in nonsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissue. Methods The expression patterns of IL-17 A and FoxP3 in tissues of 102 NSCLC patients were detected by immunohistochemistry , with tissues from adjacent noncancerous tissues as control, then the relationship between expression patterns of CD4, FoxP3, IL-17A and clinicopathological factors were analyzed. Results The positive rates of CD4, FoxP3 and IL-17A in NSCLC were significantly higher than those in the adjacent noncancerous tissues(P <0.05). The expression of IL-17A was related to the sex of patients, the expression of CD4, FoxP3 were related to the histological grade of NSCLC. Conclusions The population of CD4 + CD25 + Treg and Thl7 cells from the patients with NSCLC is significantly high; CD4 + CD25 + Treg and Thl7 cells may have high chemotaxis and easily be enriched to the tumor tissue, so as to play inhibitory roles.关键词
