Abstract
The health care integration is one of the hot spot in health reform area around the world, and has been practiced in Shanghai for years. We aimed to conduct an efficiency analysis of 39 hospitals involved in the integration from year2007 to year 2010. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) was used to calculate the efficiency score of the hospitals and analyzes the factors that influencing the efficiency using Tobit regression model. The efficiency score is different significantly in 2010 between integration group and non-integration group. And the result of regression shows that the ratio of doctors with higher professional title play the key role in improving the efficiency and the high value application is also the helpful factor, whereas not statistically significant.关键词
