标准化见习路径对医学生小学期基础护理教学质量的研究
Evaluation on the teaching quality of basic nursing with standardized clinical pathway in semester-long training for medical students

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the teaching quality of basic nursing with standardized clinical pathway in seme9ter-long training for medical students. Methods A total of 72 medical students were randomly and equally divided into the experimental and control groups for two-week clinical training in 2011 in our hospital. They were trained with nursing theory and practice according to the calendar of Nursing Education Department. The standardized clinical pathway was applied in the experimental group. Results The academic score, comprehensive evaluation and overall performance of completing training in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The appraisals of teaching method, humanistic care and teacher quality by students were also significantly higher in the experimental group (P<0.05). Conclusion Standardized clinical pathway can significantly raise the medical students' interest in learning basic nursing, make them master more knowledge and skills in a shorter time, and improve the teaching quality.关键词
