摘要

Abstract

Three tomato cultivars with different cold tolerances were used as test materials, and their seedlings'chlorophyll and malondialdehyde (MDA) variations were studied at 6,10,15℃ and 25℃.The results showed that under chilling stress, the tomato leaves'chlorophyll content decreased gradually and the decrement extent was in agreement with the intensity of chilling stress,but the cold-tolerant cultivar decreased less in chlorophyll content than the cold-sensitive one. The MDA content increased with the stress lasting and heightening, but the cold-tolerant cultivar increased slower and less in MDA content than the cold-sensitive one.
