超声和MRI对于病理性乳头溢液诊断的临床研究

Abstract
Objective To compare the diagnostic value of ultrasonography and MRI in patients with nipple discharge. Methods Thirty-five patients with nipple discharge underwent high-frequency ultrasonography and 3. 0T MRI examination. Imaging findings and pathological diagnosis of patients were compared. Results Forty four lesions were found by ultrasonography and 41 by MRI. The overall diagnostic accuracy of ultrasonography and MRI in patients with nipple discharge was 88.6% and 86.4% respectively, and there was no significant difference in detection of benign and malignant lesions between two methods. Conclusion Breast ultrasonography and MRI scan have their own advantages for diagnosis of nipple discharge. MRI has higher diagnostic accuracy for breast ductal carcinoma in situ than ultrasonography; but ultrasonography is superior in diagnosis of breast lesions with multiple dilated ducts.关键词
