血管紧张素转化酶抑制肽LAP与依那普利改善血管重构的疗效比较
Angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitory peptide LAP and enalapril improve vascular remodeling in rats

Abstract
Objectives To investigate the effects of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitory peptide LAP and enalapril on the vascular remodeling. Methods Forty 10-week-old male spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) were randomly divided into four groups with 10 animals in each group: control group ( no drug was given), pseudo-experimental group (injection of normal salice, NS group) , Enalapril group (Ena group) , angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitory peptide LAP group (LAP group). The drugs or normal saline was injected once a day for 2 months. Blood pressure was measured before experiment and once a week during the experiment. After 2 months the left common carotid artery was taken from rats and image analysis for thickness / lumen diameter, medial cross-sectional area, mean nuclear area of smooth muscle was performed. Results The vascular medial thickness, media cells of the left common carotid artery in LAP group and Ena group were significantly lower than those in NS and control groups, the difference between LAP group and Ena group was not significant. The vascular area percentage of collagen fibers of the left common carotid artery in LAP group and Ena group were significantly lower than those in NS and control groups. Conclusion The angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitory peptide LAP can inhibit smooth muscle cell hypertrophy and reduce the proliferation of collagen fibers, thereby improves vascular remodeling of SHR; the effect is similar to enalapril.关键词
